VCM Interactive delivered nonprofit video production Toronto for the Child Development Institute (CDI) to support awareness and understanding of their SNAP® for Schools program—an evidence-based initiative focused on strengthening children’s self-regulation, emotional control, and problem-solving skills.
SNAP®, which stands for Stop Now And Plan, is a cognitive-behavioral intervention designed to help students identify emotional triggers, pause before reacting, and choose positive, constructive responses. The program is particularly effective for children who experience challenges with impulse control, anger, and disruptive behavior, contributing to improved outcomes both in the classroom and beyond.
Filmed on location in Toronto, this nonprofit promotional video was produced for digital distribution, educational outreach, and stakeholder engagement. The video clearly communicates the real-world impact of SNAP® within school environments while reflecting CDI’s commitment to outcomes-based children’s mental health and early intervention programming. The videos were produced in both English and French languages.
This project highlights VCM Interactive’s experience providing nonprofit and education-focused video production that balances clarity, sensitivity, and storytelling, helping mission-driven organizations communicate complex programs with credibility and purpose.
