Animated Explainer Video Production for Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre: What is ERP?

This video is the second in a two-part animated explainer video production we created in partnership with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. The first video, What is OCD?, helped audiences understand the fundamentals of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. This follow-up video, What is ERP?, focuses on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold-standard treatment for OCD.

Using 2D animation and motion graphics, we designed this healthcare explainer video to clearly communicate how ERP works. By combining visual storytelling with thoughtful narration, we helped simplify a complex mental health treatment in an engaging, digestible way.

As part of our animated explainer video production process, we collaborated closely with the clinical team at Sunnybrook’s Frederick W. Thompson Anxiety Disorders Centre to ensure accuracy, clarity, and empathy in the messaging. The result is a custom animated video that not only educates but also supports the Centre’s outreach, awareness, and patient education goals.
