Budget Package

VCM’s Budget Package is designed for small businesses that need professional video production while working within tight budgets.

It is because of this that we are pleased to offer a special budget package for local businesses. It’s a very simple, streamlined production package without the bells and whistles, but it means you can get quality professional videos at affordable prices for your business. These packages are NON-FLEXIBLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE, except for additions (see below).

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A FULL BOUTIQUE SERVICE AND IS A BASIC VIDEO PRODUCTION OPTION. IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL LIGHTING, SPECIALIST LENSES, A SECOND CAMERA, SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT, ADDITIONAL STAFF, COLOUR CORRECTION, GRADING, ETC., THEN THIS IS NOT THE OPTION FOR YOU.

VCM’s Budget Package

• 1 day of filming (8 hours) with a professional videographer/director
• 1 day’s equipment hire using an HD broadcast standard camera, basic lenses, audio equipment, tripod and basic lighting
• 1 day of editing (8 hours)
• Basic title cards
• 1 Royalty-free music track
• Project management
• Final project delivery via internet upload and 1 hard copy DVD or USB Pen (provided by client).
• One round of revisions

Total Cost= $1650 + Expenses ($0.65 per KM) + HST

If you require additional man-hours to this package, i.e. extra filming, graphics, animation, etc, please specify and we can add to the overall quote. Note that additions are charged at FULL RATE ($250 P/H filming, $150 P/H graphics, $110 P/H editing/colour correction/grading, and animation costs vary greatly).

If you require all the RAW footage from the shoot, we can transcode and provide this for $200 (client must provide drive, or we can provide one at cost).
